Do I have to start a plan?
After your evaluation, your therapist presents a personalized Recovery Plan with exact pricing.

No.
We are a cash-pay clinic, so you do not need a referral or pre-authorization from another provider.

Most people start with a Range Recovery Evaluation.
What happens at my first visit?
You get a full hour with a provider.
They listen to your history, examine you, explain what is going on in plain language, and give you a written plan before you leave.
No jargon, and no report you cannot read.
How long is a typical visit?
Sixty minutes, both for the initial Range Recovery Evaluation and for follow-up Recovery Visits.
You are with your provider for that hour rather than handed off to an aide partway through.
Do you take insurance?
We are a cash-based, out-of-network clinic.
We accept cash, credit, HSA, and FSA cards.
We can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.
Do you treat people who are not athletes?
Yes.
Most of our patients are simply people who want to move without pain and get back to normal life.
Whether you surf, lift, run, hike, or just want to stop hurting, this is for you.
