How it works

Four steps to real answers

01

We listen

We start with your symptoms, your history, and what matters most to you right now.

02

We test

We run detailed blood work that goes beyond a standard physical. Hormones, vitamin D, key nutrients, and markers your regular doctor may not check.

03

We connect the dots

Your provider reviews your labs alongside your symptoms and explains what they mean in plain language.

04

You get a written plan

Clear next steps you can actually follow. No guessing, no generic advice.

Is this for you?

Who this is for

  • Low energy and afternoon crashes
  • Brain fog or poor focus
  • Hard time losing weight
  • Labs look 'normal' but you don't feel normal

Lab panels

What we look at

We run labs that go deeper than a standard physical.

Hormones related to energy, mood, sleep, and weight.

Key nutrients

Vitamin D and other nutrients that affect how you feel every day.

Metabolism & inflammation

Markers related to inflammation, metabolism, and long-term health.

After your assessment

What happens next

The Assessment is your starting point, not a pressure sale. Based on your labs and goals, some patients choose to:

Start hormone therapy to improve energy, mood, and sleep
Join a weight loss program with medical support
Add IVs, peptides, or red light and HBOT for recovery
Just use the plan with their current routine

Testimonials

I was dragging through every afternoon. After the Assessment, we found my vitamin D was in the tank and my hormones were off. Two months later I feel like a different person.

K

My regular doctor kept telling me everything was fine. Range ran real labs and actually found the problem. I finally have clarity.

T

I just wanted to feel like myself again. The plan was simple and I started noticing changes within a few weeks.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to fast?

Yes. We recommend fasting for 8 to 12 hours before your blood draw for the most accurate results. Water is fine.

What if I already have labs?

Bring them. If your labs are recent and comprehensive enough, we may be able to use them. If not, we will let you know what else we need.

How long does it take to get results?

Most results come back within 5 to 7 business days. We will schedule a follow-up to review everything together.

Can I use HSA/FSA?

Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards. We will give you a receipt you can submit to your plan if needed.
