Your first visit

What happens in 60 minutes

01

Tell us what hurts

We start by listening. You tell us where it hurts, when it started, and what makes it better or worse.

02

Test how you move

We run movement and strength tests so we can see exactly what your body is doing and where it breaks down.

03

Hands-on treatment + multiple tools

We combine body work with tools like ARP, acoustic sound-wave, red light, and PEMF in the same visit. No extra per-machine fees.

04

Leave with a clear plan

You get a simple at-home plan for the next one to two weeks and clear follow-up recommendations.

Recovery tools

Tools we may use in a single visit

ARP neuromuscular re-education

Uses electrical signals to retrain your muscles and nerves, helping reduce pain and improve how you move.

Acoustic sound-wave therapy

Sound waves target tight or damaged tissue to speed up healing and reduce stiffness.

Red light therapy

Specific wavelengths of light help your cells recover faster and reduce inflammation.

PEMF

Pulsed electromagnetic fields support your body’s natural repair process at the cellular level.

Manual therapy & joint work

Hands-on techniques to restore range of motion, release tight tissue, and improve joint function.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need imaging first?

No. Most patients do not need an X-ray or MRI before their first visit. If we think imaging would help, we’ll let you know and explain why.

Can I use HSA/FSA?

Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards. We’ll give you a receipt you can submit to your plan if needed.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your situation. Some people feel better after one or two visits. Others do best with a Recovery Pack to work through a full plan. We’ll give you an honest recommendation after your first visit.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in. Athletic wear, shorts, or leggings work great.
