Labs & Testing
Your labs came back 'normal' but you don't feel normal? We look deeper.
Standard bloodwork misses a lot. Our panels go deeper — hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and cardiovascular markers that explain why you feel the way you feel.

Elite markers
The three markers most doctors miss
These are the markers longevity specialists consider essential — and they're only in the Elite panel.
Elite only
Apolipoprotein B (Apo B)
Counts the number of particles carrying cholesterol into your artery walls. A better predictor of heart disease than standard LDL cholesterol.
In plain English
"How many trucks are delivering cholesterol to your arteries?"
Elite only
Lipoprotein(a) — Lp(a)
A genetic cardiovascular risk factor you can't change with diet or exercise. The strongest independent predictor of heart attack and stroke.
In plain English
"A genetic risk factor that can only be found with a blood test."
Elite only
Apolipoprotein A-1 (Apo A)
Measures your HDL function — your body's ability to remove cholesterol from artery walls. Higher levels are protective.

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to fast?
Yes. We recommend fasting for 8 to 12 hours before your blood draw for the most accurate results, especially for glucose, insulin, and lipid markers. Water is fine.
Which panel should I get?
If you want a solid baseline, start with the Essential Panel. If you want the most complete picture, especially for heart risk, inflammation, and advanced hormone markers, go with the Elite Panel. Your provider will recommend the right one at your assessment.
Do I need a doctor’s order?
No. We handle everything. Your provider orders the labs and reviews the results with you. There is no need to go through your primary care doctor.
Can I just order labs without an assessment?
No. We require a Range Assessment first so your provider can recommend the right panel for your goals and properly interpret your results. This ensures you get the most value from your lab work.
Can I bring labs from another doctor?
Yes. If your labs are recent and comprehensive enough, we may be able to use them. If not, we will let you know what else we need.
How long until I get my results?
Most results are available within 5 to 7 business days. Your provider reviews them with you and explains what everything means in plain language.
How long does the blood draw take?
The blood draw itself takes about 10 minutes. Plan for about 30 minutes total for your visit.
Can I use HSA/FSA?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards.
