We don't guess. We measure the markers that explain how you actually feel, then read them against optimal ranges, not just “not flagged.”

If this sounds like you, you're in the right place.
You've tried sleeping more, eating better, and working out. Something still isn't right.
Low Energy
- Zero energy, fatigued, running on coffee
- Sick of being exhausted, even after a full night’s sleep
- Sluggish by the end of the week
Brain Fog
- Hard to focus, hard to concentrate
- Not as sharp as you used to be
- Worried about memory and brain function
Stubborn Weight
- Doing everything right and the scale won’t move
- Food noise and sugar cravings that won’t quit
- The last 15 pounds won’t come off
Slow Recovery
- You don’t recover like you used to
- Sore for days after workouts that used to be easy
- Sleep isn’t great, and it shows the next day
These aren't things you should just live with. They're signals worth measuring. Once you and a provider have looked at your numbers and your symptoms together, you can decide what to do next.
Three simple steps.
No guessing, no generic advice. A clear path to feeling like yourself again.
Talk with a Range team member
A complimentary 20-minute call. We learn what you want to improve and explain whether the Range Personalized Evaluation ($599) is the right next step. Your provider then picks the labs, and we text you the prep before your draw.
A provider reads your results with you
Results are back in 3 to 5 business days. Then a one-to-one visit where a provider goes through every number and matches it to how you have been feeling. Included in the Assessment.
Leave with a written plan
What your labs point at, the path your provider recommends, and what it costs, before you commit to anything. Use it here or take it to your own doctor.
Want to see exactly what happens before you book? See how the assessment works.
Your next step depends on your results.
You never have to decide whether you need hormones, weight loss or peptides before your review. Your provider reads your labs alongside how you feel, your history and your goals, then discusses which options may be appropriate for you, including no treatment, with the price in front of you.
Hormones
Energy, drive, sleep or weight that quietly slipped, alongside your hormone markers.
Hormone optimization, with follow-up labs on a set schedule so the plan changes when the numbers do.
Weight & Metabolism
Doing all the right things while the scale refuses to move, alongside your metabolic markers.
Weight-loss support, with a provider checking the numbers, not just the scale.
Recovery & Healing
Injuries that will not settle and a body that does not bounce back like it used to.
Peptide-based care or recovery services, with a recheck built in.
Recovery & Support
IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and the recovery tools round out a plan when your provider recommends them, for recovery, healing, and the days you need a reset.
Every recommendation comes from a licensed provider who has reviewed your results with you. The blood work informs that decision; it does not make it, and no result is promised.
Anyone can make a promise.

A provider-led assessment: a medical intake and symptom review, a provider-led evaluation, provider-selected foundational labs, a results consultation and a written personalized plan. It is $599, one time.
Adults who feel tired, foggy, are gaining weight, recover slowly, or simply do not feel like themselves, and want to know what is going on from their numbers instead of guessing at a treatment.
No, but most people start there. The complimentary 20-minute call with a Range team member sorts out whether the Range Personalized Evaluation is the right next step. If you already know, you can pay for it online and our team will reach out to book your provider call.
Most primary-care visits are ten minutes and end with a prescription. We run deeper labs, read them against optimal ranges instead of just “not flagged”, and a provider sits with you to connect the numbers to how you actually feel.
Your provider picks them. The Range Personalized Evaluation includes provider-selected foundational labs. Expanded testing is not included. If recommended, it is explained, priced, and approved before ordering.
The intake and symptom review, the provider-led evaluation, the foundational labs your provider selects, the results consultation and your written plan. It is one price, paid once. Nothing recurring.
We’re a cash-pay clinic. We accept HSA and FSA cards, and we can provide a superbill you are welcome to submit on your own.
No. The Assessment is a one-time purchase with nothing recurring. If you and your provider decide to start a plan after your review, that is a separate decision you make with the price in front of you.
Already have recent labs? Ask our team whether the Existing-Labs Review is appropriate. Book the complimentary call and send us what you have.
At our San Clemente clinic, 197 Avenida La Pata. It is one short visit, and our team books the time with you.
Yes. No food for 10 to 12 hours before your draw. Water is fine, and drinking plenty in the hour or two before makes the draw easier. We text you the full prep instructions before your appointment.
Morning is best. Hormone markers such as testosterone and cortisol are drawn between 7:30 and 9:30 AM. If you have a menstrual cycle, the day of your cycle matters too, and your prep instructions tell you which days to book.
Some supplements, medicines and even hard workouts can change results for a day or two. Your prep instructions list exactly what to pause and for how long. If you are unsure about anything you take, call us before your draw.
Call or text us at (949) 997-3986 and we will find you a new time.
Usually 3 to 5 days. Your results come straight to us, and your provider goes through every marker before you sit down together.
Thirty minutes, one-to-one. Your provider goes through every number against optimal ranges and reads it alongside how you feel, your history and your goals. You leave with a written plan.
A licensed provider. Every recommendation comes from a provider who has reviewed your results with you. The blood work informs that decision; it does not make it.
No. That conversation happens after the review, not before. Your provider reads your labs alongside how you feel, your history and your goals, then discusses which options may be appropriate for your situation, including no treatment. You see the price of each before you decide anything.
It depends on your results. Options can include hormone optimization, weight-loss support, peptide-based care or recovery services, or simply changes you make on your own. Nothing is decided before your provider has read your labs with you.
You are never locked in. It is month to month, and if you want to stop, you just tell us, any time. We plan around three months because that is where we usually see the best results, so if you can give it that long, you will get the most out of it.
Yes. Every program membership includes follow-up blood work, so we can see how you are responding and adjust the plan.
